Okay so I made a post about this earlier today but I’d like you all to take a moment out of your evening to enjoy this.

Evanescence is a band I was into as a young and very naive teenager for roughly four months before I realized how truly boring they really were, and the first three minutes and eleven seconds of this video are pretty consistent with that perception of them as Amy Lee flats her way through yet another dreadfully average rendition of their breakout single My Immortal.

And then the rest of the band kicks in in a completely different tuning and it’s fucking fantastic.
